Preston Guyton believes we all possess skills as business leaders that we can leverage in our business, for him this skill has been focused on lead generation processes and the ability to build a strong leadership team in each of the businesses he has been a part of launching.
His real estate career started in 2004. With a computer science background, he realized early on his focus was going to be on ways to generate online leads building out his first custom website in 2004. Early on he focused on learning SEO, content marketing, and ways to increase traffic.
The first company he launched was CRG Companies, CRG was launched in 2010 as a custom home design, construction, and real estate brokerage. He wanted to focus on designing and building homes that met a higher standard. CRG grew from a company that included him and his wife to a company with 20 plus employees, 25 Realtors that sold over 120 million in real estate sales, and over 20 million in custom home contracts. In 2020 Preston resigned and sold out to his business partners to focus on other businesses he was a part of. During his time at CRG, he was recognized in many national publications. He had articles in Custom Builder Magazine, Professional Builder Magazine, and was named to the 40 under 40 in Professional Builder Magazine.
Preston currently is Chief Visionary officer for Palms Realty, Cheplak Elite Coach, and the founder of EZ Search, LLC, this real estate marketing/consulting company has digital assets that include ezHomeSearch.com, and freewebcontent.com. ezHomeSearch.com covers all markets in SC and NC, and will be moving into Georgia and Florida in 2022. With his focus on SEO and content marketing, ezHomeSearch.com website has grown from an average monthly user of 10,000 in early 2021 to over 200,000 monthly users in 2022. Preston continues to add real estate referral partners in cities throughout SC and NC.
As the Chief Visionary Officer for Palms Realty. Through consulting and managing online lead generation and helping develop the systems and processes for running a real estate company. Palms Realty was launched in September 2021 and has quickly grown to over 80 Realtors and closed 160 million within the first 12 months of being in business. It has been inspiring and exciting for him watching an independent real estate brokerage go from 0 to ratifying over 20 million a month in contracts within 12 months. In 2022 Palms Realty will exceed 200 million in ratified real estate contracts in a market where the average price point is around $300,000.
