Where can I find the event schedule?

Our team is working diligently to curate the best possible content experience for you. That said, we’re still working on finalizing the agenda and it should be available by the mid-to-late July.

Is there a virtual option?

The magic of this conference is in the special blend of people, place, production, and presence. A virtual option wouldn't rise to the standards we've set for this gathering and therefore will not be offered.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, the main stage talks will be recorded and will become available approximately 60-days after the event wraps up. They can be found exclusively inside of your FUB Academy dashboard.

Where should I stay?

The conference is being held at the JW Marriott at LA Live. You should stay with us, immersed in the experience we’re curating for you. We’ve secured a room block at a discount for you; you’ll receive booking instructions immediately after you’ve purchased your ticket.

Is my ticket refundable?

In the unfortunate event that you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please note, Follow Up Boss is not responsible for selling/finding someone to transfer the ticket. Please contact events@followupboss.com to initiate a transfer.

Where is the event?

FUBCON is being held at the JW Marriott at LA Live, in Los Angeles, CA.

Is there a dress code?

Nope!

What’s the daily itinerary? What time does it start/end each day?

The schedule is roughly 8am-5pm each day starting with breakfast, sessions, lunch, and session and then optional evening activities.

Monday = Travel day and exhibitor load in. We’re also hosting a VIP welcome reception for VIP ticket holders at Sendero from 6:00pm - 10:00pm Pacific.

Tuesday = Full day of sessions.

Wednesday = Full day of sessions.

Thursday = End on a half day. We’re providing lunch for attendees and keeping the expo hall open until 2:30p/3:00pm. Then, we’ll wrap with our grande finale closing party/concert from 6:00pm - 11:30pm Pacific.

I can only attend one day. Is there an option for that?

Unfortunately we do not have options for a single day pass or an exhibitor only pass at this time.

What are the specific nights/dates covered for each type of ticket?

This year’s conference is NOT all-inclusive but we have secured a room block at a discount for you. You’ll receive booking instructions immediately after you’ve purchased your FUBCON ticket.

I’ve purchased my FUBCON ticket(s) but never received the hotel booking link. Where do I find that?

You should have received a prompt to book your hotel room after purchasing your tickets. We have secured a room block at the JW Marriott at a discounted rate. If you did not receive this prompt, please email events@followupboss.com for assistance.

How do I obtain my hotel reservation confirmation number?

You should have received an automatic email with a confirmation number once you’ve booked your room through passkey. If you did not receive an email with the login information for Passkey, please email events@followupboss.com.

I can’t make this event. When is the next one?

We plan on running FUBCON every year! We haven’t secured our dates for 2024 yet, but stay tuned we’ll have more details soon.

What are the social events during the conference?
